At Rex Enterprises, we can accept even very small orders.
Any private label involves the development of packaging & prints for product deooration. While our designers can provide suitable prints for every market, we would need to develop the printng plates and packaging plates at our vendors. There would be a minimal charge for this development, but the order quantity can be any level.
Once an order is received, our planning team goes through the details and can usually confirm the order within a day or two on possible ship date. The order is then confirmed with a proforma invoice. Once the customer receives the proforma invoice, he needs to sign and send it back to us. The order is then put into our production schedule.
If there are any issues during the processing of an order, then the customer is informed in advance to sort out any matters related to the order. On shipment of the order, we send copies of the shipping documents to the customer with the details of air/sea shipment bills of lading.
